Between Love and Reputation Fanfic (Lead Characters)

BETWEEN LOVE AND REPUTATION is a ONESHOT FANFIC of 7 Parts written by me, S.Sulianah. I would like to categorize this a bit of a high budget fanfic because of the time it took to write, photos research and edit, and the media and sounds video editing. But most importantly, I have never felt so satisfied like this. This is my first fanfiction in script and video.

Firstly, I would like to shoutout to all the fanfiction writers in Fanfic and Wattpad. The first time I found out about fanfic was years ago, during the Brittana (Glee) and Bechloe (Pitch Perfect) era. I was addicted to reading the stories that I broke my own rules that is not to read mobile phone while walking. 

Some of my favorite fanfics are written on Brittana (Brittany+Santana played by Heather Morris and the late Naya Rivera), Bechloe (Beca+Chloe played by my wife, Anna Kendrick and Brittany Snow), Kaylor (Karlie Kloss + my wife, Taylor Swift). One of the ones I can remember clearly even after nearly 10years are Fifty Shades of Bechloe and another one written on Kaylor in which the cats, Meredith and Olivia could talk. This story inspired me to write my first fanfic where Lena Luthor and Delphine Cormier's cats could talk.

LEAD CHARACTER - LENA LUTHOR FROM SUPERGIRL

LENA LUTHOR is a character from the series, Supergirl, played by the gorgeous, sharp-jaw, slender neck,Katie McGrath, who is a brilliant actress we cannot stop simping. I chose this character is because of her symbolic portrayal as a woman who is sharp, smart, ambitious and stunning in Supergirl. That includes all her other shows especially those that made my eyes filled with tears and watched in awe.

I tried to duet her character with Delphine Cormier is because I would like to see how this story I had in my imagination for years would fit with these two, both women of talent, beautiful and strong-willed.

FYI, I am a #SUPERCORP shipper and I tried my best to write the history of her relationship with Kara Danvers in a good light. 

I love you, Katie McGrath! Who wouldn‘t want her to be our (my) girlfriend?

LEAD CHARACTER - DELPHINE CORMIER FROM ORPHAN BLACK

DELPHINE CORMIER is a character from the series, Orphan Black. This is one of the best shows on earth. I fall in love with Delphine the first time she appeared in the series. I was like, Okay Confirmed, I am more like Cosima. Delphine is my type. #COPHINE ship.

After 6 years since the last episode of Orphan Black, I came back to watch the videos, interviews and compilation videos by fans. Her relationship with Cosima still made me smile and also filled my eyes with tears. Nice timing.

I chose Delphine Cormier to duet with Lena Luthor in this fanfic is because .... these two are my type. So, I want to know how it will be like if they are matched together. Delphine has this serious character that I feel quite intimidated (in a good way) and she could hold her feelings back for the sake of her partner. Her crying from the first breakup with Cosima, broke my heart, worst now. Evelyn Brochu‘s smile can make our heart flutters but also once she speaks and cry... we cry!

By the way, in this story, I tried to make the history of her breakup story with Cosima as mild as possible cos I am a #COPHINE shipper. 

I love you, Evelyn Brochu! 

LEAD CHARACTER - ROSέ CORMIER AND LISA LUTHOR

ROSέ CORMIER & LISA LUTHOR are the cats created for the purpose of this fanfic. However, the names Rosè and Lisa are of the KPOP Girlgroup, Blackpink. I have been binge-watching and listening to Blackpink songs since the pandemic lockdown. I knew them before but was not attached to their songs until I watched their videos, Blackpink House and 24/365. Then, it goes on and on to their other videos and performances including their Vlive. Cute and funny too.

That is also the reason why I featured JISOO AND JENNIE of Blackpink as the PR Team of urbanistique. 

This is also considered a shoutout to fanfic writers and why I decided to make this fanfic video and script into life. I used to read and was addicted to Fanfic and Wattpad but never had the time or motivation to write one. But recently, I found a number of fanfics in YouTube for the ship #CHAESOO (Rosè as in Chaeyong and Jisoo of Blackpink) and #JENLISA (Jennie and Lisa). The fanfics were quite addictive too. The difference is now with visual. That is when it motivates me to make my story into video like this.

I am late in the game but I have a lot of BP‘s favourite music in my playlist now including Solo by Jennie, On the Ground and Gone by Rosè.
